Two injured in tiger attack in Capital

Two persons have been injured in an attack by a tiger at Mahadevsthan
in the Capital.
According to local Shanta Khadka, Bidhan Thapa Magar and Bikash
Shrestha have sustained injuries in the attack. They have been
receiving medical treatment at Bir Hospital.
"No one cares despite the tiger has been coming to our house since 15
days and attacking family members," Khadka said.
She said they have already informed the concerned authority about the
tiger attack , however, no steps have been taken.
District Forest Office, Kathmandu, Ranger Pushkar Thapa said the tiger
will be taken under control with the help from the technical team of
Zoo. He said the process has been delayed due to legal hurdles.
"A permission letter should be taken from district administration, we
have already asked the locals to submit the application,"Thapa said.
