It is folly and betrayal if CA is dissolved: PM

Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has said that it will be the biggest stupidity and betrayal if the Constituent Assembly (CA) was dissolved.
Addressing a program organised at Gorkhs on Monday, PM Bhattarai said, “Being a head of the government I am taking peace process and constitution drafting as a big responsibility.” Bhattarai said that the major parties are trying their best to take the peace process and the constitution drafting process to a conclusion.
“The pace of the peace process and constitution drafting is in a towering speed after the seven point’s agreement. The final time has come to wrap up the twin task. Army integration process would conclude within some days,” Bhattarai said.
Bhattarai further claimed that the parties are working to solve the issues of State restructuring, form of governance, and so forth. “Peace process and constitution drafting would not conclude without the consensus of all the political parties and he has also requested all the senior leaders to move towards that,” PM Bhattarai said.
Moreover Bhattarai said that constitution should be promulgated through CA. He further said that there is no alternative then promulgating the constitution within May 27.
