KATHMANDU, MAR 09 -
General Secretary of United Nations (UN) Ban Ki-moon would be visiting Nepal on April 28, Lumbini Development National Directive Committee informed on Friday.
A meeting held at the committee office in Babarmahal in the presence of committee Coordinator and UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal confirmed Ban Ki-moon’s visit.
Emerging from the meeting, Dahal’s press coordinator Santosh Poudel said that UN General Secretary Moon’s visit was finalised for April 28.
The committee would be organising a programme in Lumbini in the presence of UN General Secretary Ban Ki-moon, sources confirmed.
